Hello my wonderful readers! I hope everyone is doing well. As you noticed the title for this is called self-care. Now what does that mean? To me that means taken care of your personal needs. Now you must be wondering if that is selfish? No! You have every right to put you first when you're body is telling you to. Self-care comes in many different ways. For example: 1. Reading all day 2. Taking a nice shower 3. Watching tv 4. Meditating or doing yoga 5. Working out 6. Eating what makes you happy Etc I think we should all take a mental health day at least twice a month. Because it is important to recharge after a hard week at work. Most people complete a to do list when they take a day off from work. So have fun my readers. Take time to relax and enjoy life.
