Restarts
Hello my readers! I hope everyone had a good holiday season?
Today's post is about restarts. It seems like every year we all say we are going to do things different things next year or the following year. I mean that's why people say on New Year's I will change this about my life or I will do this more often.
So here is my restart:
1. I will TRY to workout more
2. I will TRY to smile more
3. I will TRY to be more forgiving towards others
4. I will TRY to take deep breaths when I feel upset
Notice the word try is all caps. If we just TRY we can do great things in life. All we can do is try when we do a restart. No one has the right to judge or make fun of your restarts. We all need them in life.
I found that number three was easy to do once I stopped thinking about how much it hurt. I learned and I moved on.
So, I hope we all learn from our restarts and see how much we grow and learn from them.
Challenge of the day: Write down how you will try to restart on things that make you feel bad
Question of the day: How did a restart help you?
Once again my readers please let me know how you are doing so I can send you some words of comfort or words of congratulations.
